Attorney Overview

Aaron I. Messing focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and privacy law, representing entrepreneurs and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. He counsels the firm’s clients in all stages of their business and corporate related matters. In addition, Aaron advises our clients regarding compliance with data privacy regulations and laws, as well as issues related to emerging technology, internet, communications, workplace privacy, intellectual property, FTC and other regulatory compliance, and social media and behavioral advertising.

Prior to his arrival at OlenderFeldman, Aaron was the Dean’s Fellow at Fordham University’s Federal Litigation Clinic, where he assisted professors and students with all aspects of pro bono federal civil and criminal litigations.

Aaron earned his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and served as an Associate Editor on the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Aaron earned his B.A. cum laude and his M.A. summa cum laude at Binghamton University. Aaron is admitted to practice in New Jersey, is currently pending admission in New York, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) accredited from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the industry standard in Information Privacy, as well as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Privacy Law Committee.
