Attorney Overview
Founding partner Alan Paulk brings his judgment and experience in evaluating every client’s situation. The objective is to solve your problem the most cost effective way, the same way we would solve it if you were an old friend or family member. Our focus is on maximizing value, not maximizing billable hours.
We take a holistic approach to providing legal services. Every case must be constantly evaluated to suit the needs of the client’s life. The application of skill without a corresponding amount of care will waste a client’s resources and bring them no closer to their objective. Getting good lawyers is not enough, you need good people.
Family law cases involve divorce, child custody, alimony, and child support. Alan’s philosophy is to encourage vigorous forthcoming negotiation up front to assess if court will be necessary. Alan is trained in collaborative law, a special process designed to avoid conflict and emotional stress. For the few cases that can’t be resolved without litigation, Alan prepares to defend his client’s rights with every remedy the law provides.
