Attorney Overview
Aprilda Fiona is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Padjajaran University, Bandung. In her capacity as Partner of the firm, she has been able to provide the required leadership in guiding the firm to provide legal consultancy to its ever expanding group of clientele. Within that context the legal consultancy among others, cover variety of transactions on: banking, Initial Public Offerings, rights issue, bonds issuance, restructuring, merger & acquisition, privatization of State Owned Enterprises, and divestments. In addition to corporate commercial transaction, she also has expertise in Intellectual Property Rights, Bankruptcy, Civil and Criminal Proceedings. She has assisted clients in various industries both nationally and internationally.
She is registered as an Advocate in Indonesia since 2000 and also a registered Capital Market Counsel with Capital Market Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM) since 2004. She is also actively involved in the Indonesia Advocates Association (AAI) as well as registered as Receiver and a member of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association.
