Attorney Benjamin Von Schuch is a trial lawyer that understands the hard work and dedication that it takes to be successful at trial. The only way to truly learn how to become a good trial lawyer is by actually being in front of a jury, learning how to impact and persuade their decisions. Benjamin Von Schuch gained much of his trial experience as a former Assistant District Attorney presenting felony cases at jury trials.

Benjamin Von Schuch went to college in Richmond, Virginia, at the University of Richmond. One of the top business schools in the country. While there he was a scholarship football player that was able to earn degrees in Finance and Marketing. He decided to pass up a business

After college he decided to follow his passion and attended Wake Forest University Law School. While still attending law school he worked in the Chesterfield County Commonwealth’s Attorney office where he won his first jury trial. This experience turned in a passion and started him on the path to a career as a trial lawyer.

Benjamin Von Schuch spends much of his time mentoring 2nd and 3rd grades at his local church. He is married with one child. He enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, golf, skiing and boating.
