The Brad Hendricks Law Firm, established in 1994, offers services in the areas of personal injury (car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and big rig accidents), medical malpractice (birth injuries, failure to diagnose, surgical error), Social Security, and Bankruptcy. More recently, the firm has introduced business law and commercial litigation and family law as additional services offered by the firm. As a full-service law firm, the firm has the skilled attorneys and resources to fight for justice for its clients–from the initial investigation of a case to the day the matter is closed.
Caroline Lewis joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm in January 2009. She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, in 1996, and obtained her Masters of Arts degree from the University of Kansas in Slavic Languages and Literatures in 2008. After taking a one-year hiatus, Caroline enrolled in law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville Arkansas. While attending law school, Caroline served on the Arkansas Law Review as its Research Editor, was a member of the intramural moot court championship team, and competed in the National Moot Court Competition, earning the best brief award with her partner.
Caroline has worked in the areas of insurance defense, including subrogation, workers’ compensation defense, complex commercial and antitrust litigation, estate planning and probate law, and the development of business entities in Arkansas. She has submitted appeals to the Full Commission of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Caroline’s primary focus is on family law, bankruptcy and internet marketing for the firm. She is married to Stephen and has a young daughter, Catherine, to whom she affectionately refers as “The Bitlet.”
