Summary Description
The California overtime law firm of Kingsley & Kingsley serves individuals and families in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, and throughout California. Since 1981, we have been dedicated to helping people across the state who have been harmed by the negligence or wrongdoing of corporate America. We are committed to protecting your rights in the workplace — including your right to all of your earned wages, overtime compensation, safe working conditions, and adequate rest and break periods.
While the employer-employee relationship can often seem one-sided, California overtime laws, wage and hour laws, and prevailing wage laws in California grant you rights against your employer. The attorneys of Kingsley & Kingsley can help you assert those rights through a San Francisco wage claim and receive the wages to which you are entitled.
