For over sixteen years, Eric Pines has been a trusted advocate and advisor to Federal Employees throughout the United States. He is presently located in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Pines firm represents federal employees from all branches of the U.S. Military (Army, Navy, Air Force) and the V.A. as well as other federal agencys. As in-house counsel and financial adviser to AFGE Local 1923, the largest federal local in the United States, Mr. Pines had the opportunity to successfully represent employees from the following agencies: SSA, DOD (Army, Navy, Air Force), Coast Guard, the V.A., Federal Mediation Board, NASA, CMS, HUD, BOP, OPM. Presently, he represents and provides consultation to employees and labor unions throughout the United States.
Additionally, he specializes in Financial and Retirement Planning for federal employees. He has held the Chartered Federal Employee Benefit Consultant designation. He also holds securities and insurance licenses. He has regularly presented federal retirement and estate planning seminars for agencies such as: OPM, DOD (Army), GSA and SSA.
