Bankruptcy is the principal practice area for Erich Fabricius, where he has maintained his focus throughout his career. His focus includes consumer cases under chapters 7 and 13, litigation in bankruptcy court, and representation of trade and non-institutional creditors. Erich will also represents clients engaged in civil litigation, including business disputes and under consumer protection statutes.

Erich Fabricius is an honors graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill North Carolina. He also earned a Masters of Economics from North Carolina State University at Raleigh, and two Bachelors of Science Degrees, also from NCSU, in Economics and in Chemical Engineering. Erich is proud to be a native North Carolinian.

After law school, Erich began his career by serving as a law clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for two years. During this clerkship, he had hands-on exposure to hundreds of bankruptcy cases of all shapes and sizes. Afterwards, he entered private practice in the Wake County area, based out of Knightdale North Carolina.
