I am a criminal defense attorney in Collin County and Dallas Metroplex area. I practice primarily in Collin and Dallas counties, representing the residents of McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Dallas and the surrounding communities. I am a former Collin County prosecutor. I am licensed to practice in state courts and in the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
My Credentials
After Graduating from SMU’s Dedman School of Law in 2000, I worked for lawyers in big and small firms. I came to the Collin County District Attorney’s Office where I was promoted to Chief Prosecutor over-seeing a County Court at Law. There I handled countless DW I cases, drug cases, theft cases, and assault cases just to name a few. I am a member of the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Collin County Bar Association, and Plano Bar Association. I am a founding partner of Nolte, Drain & Rosenthal, PLLC where I am currently the managing partner.
