Upon becoming a lawyer Attorney Cappetta joined the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney As a former prosecutor Attorney Cappetta was assigned to the Juvenile Court and handled juvenile matters exclusively for an extended period of time. Later in his career in the District Attorney’s Office he was assigned to the District Courts, and eventually was chosen to supervise other Attorney’s in the District Court. As a former prosecutor he has extensive experience in every kind of case handled by the District and Juvenile Courts of Massachusetts. He has tried countless cases in front of both juries and judges.
