Emily Riordan Lucibello – Attorney/Partner
Attorney Riordan Lucibello is a Partner at Lucibello & Proscino, LLP. She is admitted to practice before the Connecticut State Courts, and the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. Her practice is primarily focused on representing individual accused of crimes, advocating for individuals and small business owners, and representing those going through the very difficult and often emotionally trying experience of a divorce or child custody matter.
Attorney Lucibello serves as an Appointed Counsel for the State of Connecticut in the Ansonia/Milford Judicial District and the Hartford Judicial District. In addition to her involvement with National, State, and Local Bar Associations such as the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Hartford Bar Association, New Haven Bar Association, and Milford Bar Association, she is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Associations. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Young Lawyers Section of the New Haven County Bar Association, and on the Legislative Action Committee of the Orange Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to founding Lucibello & Proscino, LLP, Attorney Lucibello was the managing partner of Riordan, Cutting & Shore, LLP, a general practice firm which operated out of Orange, CT. Attorney Lucibello also worked for a prominent litigation firm, Lynch, Traub, Keefe, & Errante, P.C., while in law school, where is where she met Attorney Lisamaria T. Proscino. Attorney Lucibello founded Lucibello & Proscino, LLP with Attorney Proscino in 2012 based upon a shared vision and common goal of providing ethical, high quality representation at client-sensitive rates.

Prior to joining Riordan, Cutting & Shore, LLP as a Partner in 2009, Attorney Shore worked in the Schenectady County District Attorney’s Office and focused primarily in appellate practice and the Special Victims Unit. Attorney Shore has also previously interned at both a Connecticut Geographical Area (G.A.) court and solo practitioner’s office. Attorney Shore also serves as appointed counsel for the Office of the Public Defender in both Hartford G.A. and Hartford Juvenile court.
Attorney Shore received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester and her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union University. While in attendance at the University of Rochester, Attorney Shore was involved in various academic and extracurricular endeavors, but was most notably a charter member of the Judicial Advisory Board, a member of the Debate Team and President and Varsity Captain of the college’s American Mock Trial Association team. As a doctoral candidate at Albany Law School of Union University, Attorney Shore participated in the American Inns of Court, Italian-American Law Student Association and Senior Prize Trials. Attorney Shore has received many awards and recognitions during her academic and legal careers including an Official Citation from the State of Connecticut General Assembly, Certificate of Award: Connecticut Consortium for Law and Citizenship, and Coach Recognition Award for the Connecticut State Champion High School Mock Trial Team. She also received her New York State Mediation Certification while in attendance at Albany Law and has completed the GAL/AMC training session offered by the Connecticut Commission on Child Protection.
