Deborah is Chair of the firm’s National Litigation Department, member of the firm’s Executive Committee and co-Chair of the international subcommittee on class actions of the ABA.Over the past 16 years, Deborah Glendinning’s practice has focused almost exclusively on the defence of class actions, and other large aggregate claims, particularly corporate, commercial and banking disputes, product liability and negligence claims.
