Moses Apsan, Esq. immigrated from Brazil in 1955. He was the President of the Federal Bar Association, New Jersey Chapter (1997-2002), a member of The American Immigration Lawyers Association. He writes and publishes web sites on legal matters. In 2001 he won the Caribbean Bar Associations award for Humanitarian Service and the Brasilans Online award in 2002 for service to the community, Brazilain Press Award in 2008-2012 for the best Portuguese language web site for the community.
