Mr. Bodner has been in the private practice of law since 1977 after graduating from the Emory University School of Law. In 1983, he was a founding member of the law firm Jordan & Bodner. Twenty-six years later, Mr. Bodner is still in association with H. Garold Jordan, the other founding member. Early in his career, he handled domestic and criminal cases, as well as personal injury matters. Although he still handles criminal cases, the prime focus of Mr. Bodner’s practice is representing Atlanta accident victims who have been injured through the negligence of others. He is a longstanding member of the American Association of Justice (AAJ, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA).
