Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with good experience preparing and managing all aspects of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property work, advising clients at every level of the procedures, entering work details on IP Management System, following up with filing applications to ensure smooth process of the applications.
Responsible for advising on trademarks and patents issues as well as domain name registering and renewals; advising on trademark availability searches; prosecuting trademark applications worldwide; managing opposition, cancellation and invalidity actions. Reporting to the Regional Intellectual Property Offices and communicating interdepartmentally.
Qualified in legal translation, trademarks filing and prosecution, appeals, patent filing and prosecution, industrial designs protection and prosecutions, appeals before the trademarks office, and qualified to appeal before the court.
Member or all major Intellectual Property groups and associations, I have attended and still attending conferences held world wide in this regard.
I have been working in dispute resolution cases and brands infringement in Jordan and the neighboring countries, and prepared responses to appeals and cancellations to aim police raids to confiscate infringed products.
