Eric Tsai is an associate in the firm’s litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tsai practiced tax controversy and bankruptcy, including working for a standing Chapter 13 Trustee.
Mr. Tsai received his Bachelor degree in History with a minor in Humanities & Law from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to law school, Mr. Tsai worked as a mortgage banker for national direct lenders. He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he was recognized on the Dean’s list and received the Academic Achievement Award in Accounting.
