Minns Law FirmThe Minns Law Firm is a trial and appellate firm with a focus on Tax Defense Issues and Controversies, Malpractice cases, and major injuries. Founded in 1977, we believe in the Constitutional Right to Justice.
The United States Tax Code is arbitrary, highly politicized, confusing and unfair. Ambiguities are often used by the government to rob and imprison innocent citizens. Bully tactics are often used to intimidate witnesses into exaggerations, and worse, lies. See The Truth and The IRS Revealed. Rather than meaningless platitudes about how wonderful we are, we believe that our results in trial speak for themselves. The IRS has a 90% criminal tax conviction rate. However, we defeated 90% of the IRS’s counts against our clients. See criminal tax and cases. We limit our number of civil and criminal tax cases because the stakes are so high—your freedom or life savings. We are often able to resolve tax matters before they even reach trial stages. The IRS knows we don’t bluff.
