Attorney Robert C. Fafatas has over thirteen years of experience representing individual and business client in civil litigation matters. A native Houstonian, Mr. Fafatas served in the US Army, graduated from the University of Houston and received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law.

Mr. Fafatas worked with prominent regional and local firms before forming Fafatas Law Firm, PLLC in January of 2010. He leverages his firm experience, courtroom skills and local knowledge to provide the highest level of legal services to his clients.

His experience includes successfully trying his first jury trial less than one year after graduating from law school, assisting with a prominent multi-billion dollar securities fraud case following the Enron collapse, and serving as counsel for a Houston company involved in litigation across the Gulf Coast including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Georgia.

Mr. Fafatas focuses on providing real world experience and counsel to his clients, even when that advice includes not litigating. His philosophy is to fight aggressively when needed to protect his clients’ rights, but to counsel less confrontational methods of dispute resolution when those will be more effective.
