Attorney Mogul was raised by a family of lawyers. His Uncle founded Gross, Minsky & Mogul, P.A. in 1938, and his father joined in 1958. An older cousin practices law in New Jersey and another Uncle was a judge. The law is in is blood. Attorney Mogul received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980, and his law degree from the University of Miami School Of Law in 1983.
