Fathers Have the Same Rights as Mothers Under Florida’s New Custody and Visitation Laws

Understanding fathers’ custody rights, means understanding that men no longer have the burden to prove that they should have custody or have as much time with their children as the mother. Rather it is now the mother’s burden to prove that father should not have equal time with the child if that is her goal.
