Being injured in an auto accident is a traumatic experience. During this period of distress you are wise to seek the aid of an attorney who represents injured victims of auto accidents. With a lawyer that is knowledgeable in this practice area, you will have a much greater chance of receiving a fair settlement for your auto accident injuries and losses. Without a car accident lawyer you can normally expect to only receive a fraction of what would be a maximum or fair amount of compensation. There are many traps and deliberate manipulation by insurance companies awaiting anyone who seeks money for injuries that arise from an auto collision. Insurance company adjusters are trained to make sure you receive as little money as possible for your injuries. Tate Law Offices has a long record of helping victims collect compensation from insurance companies and Tim Tate has been named by D Magazine as one of the “Best Personal Injury Lawyers in Dallas.”
Over the last two decades Tim Tate has represented victims of injuries day-in and day-out throughout the state of Texas as well as in numerous other states throughout America.
Chosen as one of the
“Best Lawyers in Dallas”
Chosen by D Magazine as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas, Tim’s mission on every case is always to get the insurance company of the defendant to pay top dollar for his client’s case, which allows his clients to put the maximum amount of money into their pocket.
In addition to being licensed as an Attorney at Law by the Supreme Court of Texas, Tim is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, both of which advocate and advance the rights of injured victims against insurance companies. “When you see the type of abuse insurance companies deal out to people by refusing to pay legitimate claims and when you see them offer pennies on the dollar, it gives me a lot of satisfaction to make sure our clients are paid fairly. In many cases we can get insurance companies to pay 10 to 50 times the amount of their original offers,” Tim states.
As a young man, Tim learned the value of hard work by working long hours for his father’s construction company. This lesson helps him every day as he engages in the hard work it takes to properly develop a case.
Tim received a BBA degree with a concentration in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctor (law degree) from South Texas College of Law. He lives in Plano, Texas, with his wife, Quyen Tate, and their two children where they are members of Prestonwood Baptist Church. During non-working hours Tim can frequently be found on a basketball court or soccer field with his children. Tim is involved in a number of charities through the “Making Lives Better” section of this website.
