Yufendy graduated from University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta Indonesia in 1999. He started his career as a legal trainee under the supervision of senior lawyer Drs. Eddy Sadeli, SH, who currently serves as a member of Indonesian Parliament. Yufendy holds a licence to practise Indonesian law in Indonesia issued by the Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi). He has 3 years work experience as an Indonesian lawyer.
Yufendy is also an advocate and solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore after serving his pupilage at Rodyk & Davidson LLP and subsequently practising as an associate with KhattarWong Partnership. His practice areas include general corporate & investment, shipping, banking, property, will and family law. He speaks and writes Indonesian, English and Chinese.
Yufendy heads the firm’s corporate, property and shipping practice groups and resides in Batam.
