That is not to say he runs the ship alone. Lauren Setzer is both his wife and the office manager. Lauren is an excellent administrator and strives to build a great relationship with every client.

Zachary chose to focus his practice exclusively on Estate Planning because he believes that clients deserve a higher level of service and expertise than they tend to receive if they go to a general practitioner to have their wills made. Estate Planning is a complicated and potentially sensitive field. The unfortunate truth is that many lawyers with only a surface-level understanding of the law of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning are offering Estate Planning services. While any lawyer can draft a simple will copied out of a form book, Zachary believes that clients should receive personalized Estate Plans that reflect a deeper understanding of their personal situations, desires, hopes, concerns, and even fears.
